Job Summary
Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily.
Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space.
Storage and bin organization to support member orders with safety in mind.

Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner to verify and move items to the staging area.
Communicate inventory or equipment issues and identify expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
Coordinate with the club team to replenish merchandise and pull from reserve areas when possible.
Meet productivity requirements and deadlines, following SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
Maintain safe and orderly work areas; perform housekeeping duties and handle damaged or spoiled items per procedures.
Process returns to the club and determine disposition (DDR or Membership desk).
Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code.
Meet OMNI productivity expectations and performance metrics; perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
Previous order pulling experience preferred.
Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
Job Conditions
Frequent movement on hard surfaces with bending, climbing, crawling, lifting up to 30 pounds; may lift more with assistance.
Usually in a environment with moving machinery and occasional temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
Occasional exposure to cleaning agents.
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $17.00 - $20.40 per hour. Actual salaries depend on factors including location, education, experience and qualifications.
