As a
Field Sales Administrator , you will support our community sales teams in their efforts to successfully meet community goals. Your focus on customer service will help you provide an exceptional experience to prospective home-buyers and your attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our sales team.
Primary Responsibilities
Support Sales Managers in daily sales administrative duties including copying, filing, check requests, memo and letter typing and distribution, revision and distribution of sales meeting minutes.
Attend weekly sales meetings and prepare for them (copying, distributing etc.).
Help with the set-up of new communities (ordering renderings, signage, phone lines, etc.) and take down of closed communities.
Assist with merchandising follow-up and communication with various vendors.
Order signage for all communities throughout the year.
Handle special projects upon request.
Update and distribute community pricing sheet weekly.
Track and update House to Sell list.
Input, track and update MLS listings.
Provide sales/office team communication and support.
Collect loan, hard dollars, House to sell information and assist with paperwork.
Code and copy all invoices for Sales.
Special projects for office upon request.
Some model/weekend days may be needed for special events.
Qualifications
1+ year of administrative experience.
Exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
