Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker based in White Plains, NY. The role requires managing deal flow using leads provided by the organization, facilitating lease negotiations, delivering exceptional service to clients, and conducting market analysis. Brokers will support commercial property transactions, provide tenant representation, and help secure sales in alignment with the organization’s strategy. Collaboration with internal teams and relationship-building with prospective clients are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Brokerage
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Tenant Representation
Strong Sales experience with a focus on client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
Licensed real estate agent in the state of New York
Familiarity with local market trends and property valuations is a plus
