Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are one of the leading multimedia and broadcast organizations in the US, serving programming advertising solutions for over 200 media properties to audiences in major and secondary markets across the nation.

They are growing exponentially and are seeking a top-performing

Regional Sales Manager, Digital, Programmatic & Media Advertising

to lead their digital marketing and programmatic sales initiatives to provide fulfillment to their clients sold by the organization’s digital and media sales teams.

NOTE: This is a full-time hybrid role located at the company's regional operations near Joliet, IL with periodic travel to other client market territories in MI, IA and NE.

Responsibilities
Drive Digital Services Revenue Growth:

Drive local digital revenue growth, focusing on meeting and exceeding your Digital Services revenue goals.

Forecasting and Analysis
Work with your team to ensure the forecast is accurate. Identify opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with the Digital Account Management teams on upsells for MRR clients. Collaborate with your sales team(s) on flight upsells and renewals.

Sales Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement effective omni-channel solutions. Utilize your resources: Leadership and our Service Desk team when needed.

Digital Product Expertise
Serve as an expert on digital products and platforms, educating the sales team and clients on their benefits and applications. Lead team(s) of account executives, providing coaching, training, and supporting them on sales calls to help them exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.

Platforms and Collaboration
Master the proposal and reporting tools provided. Collaborate with operations through our ticketing system.
