Mission of the Role
Generate qualified, high-value appointments by engaging Costco members in store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.
Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes.
Share basic information about our products and services.
Schedule qualified in-home design consultations — no selling or closing required.
Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco.
Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM.
Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment.
Key Performance Expectations
Maintain 10–15 qualified appointments per week on average.
Achieve ≥ 85% appointment show rate.
Contribute to a ≥ 40% close rate.
Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity.
