Overview

TruNorth Bank is interested in opening its doors to promising, future leaders through a paid, summer internship program. We will be accepting a limited number of applicants to assist with short-term projects and miscellaneous duties throughout various departments within our organization. This will begin on June 1, 2026 and run through July 31, 2026.
Location

Holbrook or Randolph
Loan Servicing Interns Will Gain

Insight Into Shared Service Support fundamentals
Exposure to Applications used by departments across the organization
Interaction with internal staff
Understanding of regulatory and policy compliance with federal requirements
Sample Tasks For Loan Servicing May Include The Following

Scan and Index legacy loan documents
Process paperwork and input tickler data in the COCC system
Actively take Servicing department Calls
Accurately process a wide array of loan related transactions
Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
All summer interns may also participate in the following events and/or meetings:
Industry specific conferences
Participate in department specific meetings and/or corporate events with bank officers and executives
Other events/meetings to be defined
Meetings with management level mentor throughout internship
