Job Title: Sales Training Specialist
The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the development and coaching of the sales team for Elara Caring. This position influences training programs through development, delivery, and collaboration for both new hires and existing staff. The role works directly with the VP of Training and Development, Sales VPs, Area Sales Managers, and Area Vice Presidents of Sales to foster ongoing positive relationships that support business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and coach the sales team; collaborate with leadership to create and update training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Deliver training content and materials, and measure effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
Partner with the VP of Training and Development and sales leadership to align programs with business needs.
Support a high-performing sales organization across the company’s home care services.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure training supports growth and performance goals.

Qualifications
Associate degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing required; equivalent work experience may be considered
5 years of relevant experience including a combination of proven sales experience in Home Health and/or Hospice and a corporate training environment focused on sales training
Ability to utilize learning management systems and analytics to provide insights on training opportunities
Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Director of Sales Training.
