Marketing & Sales Executive
Really Wild Clothing, New York, NY, United States
Really Wild Clothing is redefining modern British luxury under the creative direction of Nadja Swarovski and leadership of Rupert Adams. Rooted in countryside elegance and reimagined for contemporary lifestyles, the brand celebrates sustainability, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Each piece is crafted in Britain using premium natural materials, including Scottish tweeds, recycled cashmere, and heritage silks, while supporting local artisans and minimizing environmental impact. With a commitment to slow fashion and responsible design, Really Wild Clothing blends heritage with innovation to create practical yet luxurious garments.
We are now embarking on a significant expansion into the United States, with the full backing of our ownership group and the direct leadership of our Chairwoman and Creative Director. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build something extraordinary in one of the world’s most exciting luxury markets.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable Marketing & Sales Executive to work directly alongside Nadja Swarovski in driving the US growth strategy. This is a hybrid role: part senior execution, part US Sales and Marketing lead.
The successful candidate will operate as Nadja’s right hand in the United States, ensuring flawless execution of sales launches, pop‑ups, events, PR coordination, and market expansion initiatives. This is not a passive support role. This is a commercial execution position at founder level.
Nadja moves fast, thinks big, and expects the people around her to keep up and then some. The right person won’t wait to be told. They will learn her style, anticipate what she needs, and have it done before she thinks to ask.
Core Responsibilities
US Sales & Marketing Strategy
Work hand in hand with Nadja to implement US sales and marketing strategy
Coordinate with the London team on campaign alignment
Liaise with US sales consultants and PR agencies
Translate strategy into detailed execution timelines and personally drive them to completion
Location & Event Planning
Identify and evaluate high‑impact locations for collection launches and pop‑ups across New York, the Hamptons (East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton), Dallas, Greenwich CT, Newport RI, Charleston, Los Angeles
Venue research, negotiation and event calendar planning
Alignment with local social calendars: polo, equestrian, charity galas, shooting seasons
ROI modelling for each activation
Own every detail of event execution: logistics, setup, staffing, and on‑the‑ground problem solving, either personally or by sourcing and managing the right people to do it
Support US wholesale expansion and premium retail partnerships
Identify high‑value trunk show hosts
Build and maintain VIP client relationships
PR & Brand Activation
Coordinate with US PR agencies and manage sample logistics
Oversee guest list strategy and influencer outreach
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks: from sample couriers and press confirmations to last‑minute changes on event day
Executive Coordination
Prepare briefing notes ahead of US meetings and activations
Maintain master US marketing and sales calendar
Coordinate travel logistics linked to US activations
Provide follow‑up summaries and action lists after meetings and make sure every action gets done
Ideal Profile
5–10 years' experience in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
Strong US market understanding, East Coast and Southern markets preferred
Proven experience organising high‑end events and brand launches
Commercial mindset with genuine revenue awareness
Emotionally intelligent and people‑savvy
Exceptionally organised and detail‑driven
Comfortable working directly and at pace with senior leadership
Polished, articulate, and genuinely aligned with the Really Wild aesthetic
Willing to travel frequently across US markets
A self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through without being chased
A strong advantage
Existing network in New York, the Hamptons, Dallas, or Charleston
Prior experience working with US PR agencies
Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or luxury retail platforms
Compensation
Base salary $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to US activation and revenue targets. Travel expenses covered. Benefits negotiable.
