Someone who embodies our values, connects easily with people, and takes ownership of their work. This person should be detail oriented, driven, and confident in guiding prospects through the leasing process while delivering a high level of service.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Leasing Agent to support occupancy across our rental portfolio. This role is focused on marketing available units, touring prospects, and executing leases with accuracy while helping create a strong resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Market available units through online listings, signage, and outreach
Conduct property tours and build relationships with prospective residents
Process applications including screenings and verifications
Prepare and execute leases and coordinate move ins
Support lease renewals and resident retention effortsEnsure compliance with housing regulations and required documentation
Maintain accurate records using AppFolio and internal systems
Work with property management team to meet occupancy goals
Represent Compass professionally at all times
Qualifications
One to three years of leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail with applications and lease documentation
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable using AppFolio or similar software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
