VCA All Animal Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! We are a small animal general practice with four doctors and are proud to be American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited. In addition to providing high-quality medical care, we offer boarding and bathing services to support the full needs of our patients and clients.

As the face of VCA, our CSRs play a vital role in setting the tone for each client visit—building trust, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both pets and their people.

What you’ll do

Greet clients and patients warmly, answer phones, and guide clients through their visit

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently

Place outbound calls for follow-ups and connect with prospective clients

Present and explain fees clearly, and process payments accurately

Recommend and help coordinate products and services, including prescriptions

Answer questions and provide general education on pet care and preventative health (non-medical guidance)

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and hospital environment—inside and out

Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence

Support the medical team by helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

What we’re looking for

Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

A self‑motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in their work

Attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service

A positive, team‑oriented mindset

Preferred (but not required)

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a veterinary/medical setting

Familiarity with veterinary terminology or interest in learning

Experience with scheduling systems or electronic medical records

Compensation

$15.00–$20.00 per hour
