Client Specialist - Business Insurance
As our Client Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will work directly with the Account Director / Account Executive and be responsible for servicing, growing, and retaining an existing commercial book of business. This includes managing daily servicing tasks and assisting the team with marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts.
This position can be based in any of our Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia, or Troy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
Property/Casualty license or ability to attain preferred.
Licensed Insurance Counselor license or ability to attain required.
Self‑starter who can work under extreme pressure, multi‑task, be detail‑oriented, and meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills for interacting at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communication with proven relationship‑building abilities.
Creativity, flexibility, and innovation in developing customized business solutions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
