About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Partnership Specialist to drive outbound business development and secure high-value brand partnerships. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise-level prospects into a pipeline for strategic sponsors across Big Think’s content ecosystem.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives on ownership, persistence, and building relationships from scratch.

What You’ll Do

Identify and prospect enterprise-level brands aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice

Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders and decision-makers

Generate and manage pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding outreach, meeting, and revenue targets

Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce

Stay informed on industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and the competitive landscape

What You’ll Need

1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or brand partnerships

Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and engaging senior executives

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships.

Salary Range
$80,000-$115,000
