Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma City, OK, for Concrete Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and Finishers. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects, from formwork installation and flatwork preparation to ready-mix concrete placement and finishing. Team leadership, collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Formwork and Carpentry

Proficiency in operating and managing Heavy Equipment

Experience with Flatwork and Ready-Mix Concrete operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality standards

Prior experience in commercial, industrial, or civil concrete projects is a plus

Willingness to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK
