Job Responsibilities
Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for corporate clients and high‑grade private credit investors including but not limited to sell‑side M&A, buy‑side M&A, and privately placed debt
Prepare materials for clients and participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution.
Prepare financial analyses including but not limited to three‑statement financial models, internal rate of return models, and debt sizing models
Oversee analysts and associates on origination and execution deal teams. Conduct due diligence processes for investment banking transactions
Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and other documents related to investment banking transactions.
Support internal transaction and capital commitment committee processes such as Fairness Committee, Equity Commitment Committee and Leveraged Finance Committee, if required
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related
5 years or more of progressively responsible experience in a global investment bank
Executing investment banking transactions and processes, including both M&A and capital markets products
Leading teams of junior investment bankers to execute transactions, prepare client materials, and manage transaction processes
Preparing materials for clients and participating in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution
Preparing financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, IPO pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, and sum‑of‑parts analysis
Conducting due diligence in connection with investment banking transactions and processes

Pay range: $275,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible – this role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
