A growing Managed Services Provider is looking for an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative (Business Development Representative) to join our team. Job Summary

The ideal candidate is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for IT managed services. This role involves proactive prospecting, networking, and conducting consultative sales engagements. You will develop your own target market strategy and lead generation approach, with a strong focus on building a consistent pipeline. The role includes a mix of outreach efforts such as calls, emails, social selling, and in‑person meetings with prospective clients.
Compensation

Base salary of $80,000 plus commission
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
Prospect and engage new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders
Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to client needs
Maintain and manage an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions
Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long‑term relationship management
Requirements

Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business opportunities
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into sales
Self‑driven with a strong desire to build and grow a book of business
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain pipeline activity
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Familiarity with IT services or professional services is a plus
Qualifications

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to connect with and secure meetings with decision‑makers
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
