Instructional Designer - Secret Clearance Required
Job Locations: US-PA-West Mifflin | US-SC-Charleston
Information Management Group (IMG) has an upcoming opportunity for a talented Instructional Designer. The individual must be experienced in the development of training curriculum, including the creation of lessons, general coursework, computer-based training storyboards, assessment instruments, and evaluation of methods on test groups. The role will collaborate with Customer and Navy subject matter experts to perform training curriculum development and implementation.
Qualifications
Shall have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in adult learning or a related field such as Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the application of a systematic approach to the design, development, and implementation of training applications, with preference for ADDIE and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background.
Ability to communicate and adjudicate with others regarding technical content.
DoD Secret or DoE L clearance.
