VDiscovery is a 50+ year, NYC based litigation support company serving law firms with eDiscovery, document review, and appellate services.

Who you are
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager with direct B2B legal or professional services experience to build and execute a measurable marketing program. You will help bring AGI‑driven document review capabilities to a traditional legal market. Our company is a data consultancy providing advanced computer forensic and electronic eDiscovery services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a marketing strategy plan targeting law firms and legal departments.

Lead campaigns across email, digital, social media, and direct outreach, leveraging tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Partner with leadership and sales team on new offerings and positioning, including translating complex services like eDiscovery, AI review, and appellate workflows.

Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Build and maintain a centralized marketing library; support website improvements and manage multiple projects with deadlines and budgets.

Use Agentic AGI tools effectively to streamline workflows and get work done independently.

What Success Looks Like

Increased qualified inbound leads from law firms, tracked via metrics such as lead conversion rates and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).

Measurable engagement with campaigns, including open rates, response rates, and meetings booked.

Clear, consistent messaging across all marketing materials.

Implementation of repeatable marketing systems with automated reporting and dashboards for ongoing performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including running campaigns.

Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex technical services.

Comfortable owning KPI reporting, campaign analysis, and performance metrics.

Experience managing projects with budgets and deadlines; familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Proven ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $70k–$125k (commensurate with experience).
