Marketing and Visual Graphic Coordinator

AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, LLC), Osseo, MN, United States

Overview
Marketing and Visual Graphic Coordinator – Grand Forks, ND or Maple Grove, MN

We’re not your typical civil engineering consulting firm. At AE2S, we’re a team of engineers, scientists, and forward-thinkers solving complex infrastructure and environmental challenges — and we don’t just crunch data, we bring it to life.

Now, we’re looking for a

Marketing and Visual Design Coordinator

to help us turn technical expertise into clear, engaging visuals that tell a story. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaborating with diverse teams, and can translate complexity into clean, compelling design — we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Own the design process for fast-moving marketing and technical deliverables — from ads, graphical executive summaries, presentations, and flyers to graphics for client-facing proposals.

Work inside Adobe Creative Suite most of your day — especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop — creating graphics, layouts, and visual elements for print and digital media.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand technical content and brainstorm how to communicate it visually.

Manage multiple rounds of edits with flexibility and professionalism — you know how to take feedback and refine fast.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and ensure every piece communicates the right message.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or other related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products

Strong graphic design capabilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Ability to be flexible, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively in a team environment

Have a sharp eye for detail — layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an Architectural/Engineering/Construction firm

1 to 5 years of experience preferred

Experience using a content management system for intranet/web updates

Videography and video production experience

Photography experience

Physical Qualifications

Primary functions require physical ability and sufficient mobility to work in an office setting

Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time

Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist

Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight

Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement

Fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard

May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds

May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload

May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town
