
Senior Producer, Studio

Position Purpose
The Sr. Producer is responsible for leading and managing projects associated with photography, video and/or CGI (computer-generated imagery) production. This role acts as a facilitator and liaison between the Creative team and photography/video studio. The Sr. Producer works closely with the photo/video teams and studio to manage the production of creative assets. Additionally, this role would lead in gathering necessary information to complete projects and effectively communicating details and vision to our studio in support of the photo/video process. The Sr. Producer is expected to demonstrate innovative thought leadership and utilize production, communication, presentation, and creative problem‑solving skills to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
60% – Strategic Production Management: Leads the strategic task of understanding the clients’ needs and wants, what the team can produce, and what works for the production team holistically. Expected to demonstrate thought leadership and creative problem solving to meet production objectives. Uses experience and knowledge of production process and guides team members.
40% – Communication: Partners with stakeholders to communicate project objectives. Daily studio and project communication to keep projects on track.

This position typically reports to the Manager, Creative Production.
This position has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements
Travel between locations required.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of work experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Education
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

No additional education.
