Business Development Specialist (Hunter) – Automotive F&I
We are growing! ECP has been providing F&I products and services to the industry for over 57 years and we are a 15 year Dealers Choice Award Winner.

The Opportunity
This is a pure hunter role. We are looking for a driven, high-performing sales professional who thrives on opening doors, winning new dealer groups, and building revenue from the ground up.

You will work alongside our National Sales Manager targeting dealer groups in a specific geographical area. Your focus is to acquire new business, expand our footprint and drive revenue.

If you are more comfortable managing accounts opposed to creating them, this is not the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Prospect, target, and close new dealer and dealer group relationships

Identify and penetrate key decision makers (Dealer Principals, CEOs, etc.)

Drive program launches and new product sales within newly acquired accounts

Build and execute a strategic territory/business development plan

Create and deliver high-impact presentations focused on income development and profitability

Who You Are

A true hunter with a track record of winning new business, not just maintaining it

Experienced in Automotive F&I, dealership sales, or related vendor space

Comfortable and confident selling to decision makers

Relentless in prospecting, follow-up, and closing

Highly competitive with a no excuses performance mindset

Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability

Willing and able to travel extensively up to 80%
