Handle and prioritize incoming business requests related to partnership activation and branding Assist in tracking the budget related to partnership activities Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings and demographic data Collaborate with line of business teams to understand business objectives and develop, recommend, and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams including line of business liaisons, production, creative, digital marketing and agency partners to market products and services Own the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers Always take action using integrity, caring and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably at a bank or financial institution Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience Strong attention to detail Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Ability to develop relationships and trust with internal and external partners Constantly seeks improvement and embraces innovation Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Our Benefits
