Description
What you'll do:
Answer, screen and route telephone calls
Sort and distribute mail and arrange for UPS/Shipping
Assist with customer walk-in's / sales
Assist Estimators / Project Managers with construction support needs and assist with ordering materials as directed
Process the billing for the branch which includes A/R, A/P and collections
Complete, process and file customer and vendor lien waivers
Reconcile credit cards for the branch
Issue job warranties at the closeout project documentation
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.
Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-$24 hourly
What you'll need to have:
High school diploma/equivalent and at least 2 years of office assistant experience, or equivalent training and work experience. Construction experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
