
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and conducted indoors and outdoors, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Comprehensive 10‑week training program
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek
Few nights or weekends
Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe work practices
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Requirements
Active driver’s license; at least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification and proof of compliance with DOT regulations for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
Documentation of previous employment
All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
High School diploma, GED, or military service
Strong customer‑service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals
