The Role
As a Property Operations Lead for the East market, you will be an on‑site facilitator of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include conducting on‑site inspections, ensuring public spaces and units meet Kasa brand standards, coordinating with housekeeping partners and service vendors, stocking supplies, and addressing guest requests and emergencies. You will identify, prioritize, and implement cost‑effective property improvements and support revenue‑optimization processes.

Complete brand standard inspections to gather property‑level data.
Decrease the number of after‑hours calls and inquiries.
