Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
Processing cash and credit card transactions
Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborating with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards
Assisting with various in-store tasks as needed
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food preparation
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Food handling experience or willingness to learn (training provided)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
