Business Development Representative

This role is designed for someone with business development experience to learn the specifics of the commercial real estate industry and ultimately transition to a full time, commissioned Commercial Real Estate Advisor (some companies call them real estate agents or brokers)

Prescott IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) is building the most dominant IOS brokerage in the Northeast. We represent large operating industrial businesses who need to grow but cannot find the real estate they need, and property owners of this type of real estate that need help renting or selling it.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualified prospects on behalf of projects for which Prescott IOS has been hired.

Business Development Vision
This is not a “sales job,” it’s a CRE brokerage apprenticeship. You will learn industrial real estate fundamentals, outbound prospecting, client management, all with the purpose to become a successful CRE Advisor at Prescott IOS throughout the northeast and around the country.

Requirements

Highly responsive

1-2 years of experience in sales (preferred prior business development roles)

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time

Open to learning new sales processes

Exceptional on the phone

Location: On-site in the Greater Boston area
Compensation

Salary + additional production bonuses

Average performance will yield between $40,000 to $60,000 per year. Top performers will well exceed this range, based on production, of course.
