Your day
As our 20/20 Cabinet Designer, you actively collaborate with sales reps, purchasers, location managers, design professionals, and other staff to develop precise drawings for our clients' spaces. Attentive to each client's desires, you ask questions, assess their kitchen and cabinetry needs, and create detailed cabinet drawings and floor plans. Working with clients in person and over the phone, you foster confidence in our services and communicate thoroughly about their expectations. You gather the necessary information for quotes, obtain material and labor estimates, and ensure expenses work with the budget. You maintain records of meetings to ensure the clients or interior designers' expectations are delivered and ensure you're providing exceptional service. You're highly motivated to drive sales results and meet targets, and you stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to keep your strategies effective. By complying with company policies, following up with customers, and maintaining a clean and attractive showroom, you demonstrate our commitment to quality and dedication to our clients.
20/20 Cabinet Designer Requirements
5+ years of experience in the kitchen design industry
5+ years of 20/20 cabinet design experience
1+ years of sales experience
Strong proficiency or certification in 20/20, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of sales techniques and report preparation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills
High school degree or equivalent
Valid Florida driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science
5+ years of experience in home construction cabinet design
