IPG is seeking a Sales Contract Administrator who will be responsible for fulfilling contract obligations and analyzing reports to execute goals that support organizational strategies and sales initiatives. The role will oversee and manage the end‑to‑end sales contract process, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing RFPs and contracts, with a focus on municipal governments.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

Supports sales leaders’ team to achieve sales targets through active participation in contractual/reporting execution of tasks.

Acts as liaison with internal and external customers and cross‑functional sales teams to create a functional RFP process and manages the pipeline of proposals and quotes.

Performs audit functions to identify weaknesses in data gathering/reporting and provides recommendations to ensure overall integrity.

Facilitates successful implementation of new programs as they pertain to contracts by ensuring a well‑defined and efficient process and communication plan.

Generates reports related to sales activities and revenue data.

Responsible for renewal process and notification to sales.

Reconciles with accounting revenue in cooperation with Finance.

Follows up with customers for collection of accounts receivable.

Monitors and improves our contract management process.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience

7 years in business administration, sales support, or relevant experience.

Municipal experience preferred but not required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college).

Accountability/Complexity

May manage cross‑functional projects requiring delegation of work and review of resulting work product, including negotiation with external vendors and resolving service issues.

Works independently under limited supervision.
