Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in product management.

Experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).

Experience working with system design and product design.

Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field.

Experience with management consulting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our GCS team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client‑focused members are the "human face" of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. SAS powers GCS growth at scale by shaping and delivering the tools and insights that enable our sellers and customers to be successful.

This role will be investigative in nature, leading the direction of our core GTM technical infrastructure, including identifying and establishing key metrics for the business and development of new product features and processes to power growth and north star GTM success.

Our projects are fast‑moving and highly visible, aiming to revolutionize the functions that drive the GCS business with unparalleled resources and focus with the assistance of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation technologies.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Program Management teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development and launch. You will be a cross‑functional, dynamic leader where you will be given significant autonomy and ownership over your work which will have a lasting impact on the future of Google Ads.

Responsibilities

Derive critical insights from product metrics, customer feedback and data analysis to unlock opportunities for improvement and synthesize to inform product roadmap and critical feature recommendations.

Direct the development of the product roadmap through your deep knowledge of the GCS user, workflows, sales and marketing processes, and the strategic initiatives of the business.

Identify gaps in current solutions and approach, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests.

Clearly articulate business requirements to our Product Management and Engineering teams and influence the product experience.

Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional global stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, build consensus, and communicate requirements through Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ongoing check‑ins. Collaborate with product teams on design sprints, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and product/sales pilots.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $122,000-$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
