About the Role
Primoris Distribution Services is hiring experienced Gas Foremen in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to lead field crews, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in natural gas distribution construction
Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of safety standards and DOT/regulatory compliance
Ability to lead crews, manage workloads, and coordinate daily operations
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
What you’ll do
Supervise and lead crews performing gas distribution work
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of gas lines and related systems
Ensure compliance with all safety, company, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams
Monitor productivity, quality, and job site performance
