About The Team We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Tenant Value tower on the Payment Platform team. This person will lead a team of product managers who are responsible for enabling payments as a lever for our internal customers’ strategies, including Capital One Auto Finance, Customer Resiliency and more. This product leader will build out a Tenant Value strategy that is aligned to the broader Capital One payments agenda, and will drive alignment with partners on a cohesive delivery roadmap to get us there.

Big problem areas this person will solve include unlocking cutting‑edge payment capabilities and enabling high‑value use cases, such as faster payment clearing, integration of open‑banking data, and more. We also have an ambitious AI/ML agenda and UI enhancements that we are excited to explore with our tenants.

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
