Position Overview
The Planet Group is seeking a seeking a creative, organized, passionate and versatile team contributor to support a global Communications team that is developing compelling year-round campaigns into a wide range of pop culture conversations.
Must Have
8+ years' experience in project management, experiential production and/or Communications
Knowledge and expertise of earned media strategies and global, consumer-facing communication campaigns
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project management, experiential production, and/or Communications
Experience with earned media strategies
Experience working on global, consumer-facing communication campaigns
Ability to project manage consumer campaigns from ideation through execution
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Creative, and social teams
Experience overseeing or advising on experiential production and creative
Experience producing online content and supporting offline consumer experiences
Experience managing external vendors, including experiential agencies, venues, and freelance talent
Ability to negotiate project scopes and production budgets
Experience creating and managing detailed project plans and timelines
Ability to track workstreams, deliverables, and mitigate risks
Experience managing internal and external partners, including Hosts, brand partners, and creative vendors
Experience drafting scopes of work, reviewing proposals, and executing contracts
Ability to develop campaign ideas and conduct partner outreach
Experience tracking and managing campaign budgets, performance metrics, and insights
Ability to influence decision-making and remove blockers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work with fast and changing timelines
Proactive, engaged, solution-oriented, and self-starting approach
