Summary
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, the Digital Marketing Specialist is essential to maintaining the speed and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand and communications team. This role is responsible for executing website updates, creating digital campaign assets, and producing content that supports demand generation and sales efforts.

Website Management & Optimization

Maintain and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, and campaign pages

Build and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation

Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards

Collaborate with SEO partners to implement on-page optimization best practices

Digital Campaign Execution

Develop and deploy digital assets for marketing campaigns, including:

Email graphics and layouts

Paid social and display ads

Web banners and landing page visuals

Support campaign launches in collaboration with internal team and external partners

Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

Content Creation & Support

Assist in creating and formatting content such as:

Case studies and project spotlights

Blog posts and articles

Product and campaign messaging

Work with internal teams to gather content inputs (sales, product, marketing)

Optimize content for digital channels and user experience

Editorial Calendar & Cross-Functional Communications

Own and maintain a corporate editorial calendar that aligns communications across multiple disciplines

Coordinate content planning for key initiatives including:

Operational updates

Customer care communications

Dealer-facing announcements and resources

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent, and valuable communication to our dealer community

Help prioritize and schedule content to support both marketing campaigns and business-critical updates

Create and update digital versions of sales tools and collateral

Support product launches with web and content updates

Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing assets and content libraries

Work closely with marketing leadership and product team

Coordinate with external partners (SEO, paid media, CRM) to support campaign execution

Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail

Experience/Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media or a related field

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or web management

Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)

Familiarity with B2B marketing or manufacturing industry

Experience creating content for lead generation and campaigns

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Craft, WordPress or similar)

Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing channels

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
