The Wealth Management Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support our Client Acquisition and Retention Offer Strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with partners in Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, Analytics & Finance to launch new offers to prospects and clients.
Successful candidates are detail‑oriented, organized, and effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills. Experience coordinating numerous deliverables across large working groups is a must.
Responsibilities
Competitive Analysis: Provide regular updates on the promotional offer strategies of key competitors in and outside of the financial services industry. Highlight gaps and opportunities.
Offer Implementation Management:
Request Forms
Terms and Disclosures Development
Service Team Engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to bring the offer to market
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize
Review offer escalation email/form to provide approvals on backdating and ad hoc payments
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, or English is a plus
A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Previous experience in marketing, pricing, and promotions a plus, but not required
