THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

The Producer is a key independent contributor responsible for leading end‑to‑end production across in‑studio and external photo, video, and multimedia projects. This role partners closely with creative leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors to bring brand and campaign concepts to life through high‑quality, engaging content.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from concept through final delivery with minimal direction. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, manage multiple concurrent productions, and communicate effectively across creative, operational, and external partner teams.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

Independently manage end‑to‑end production projects from brief intake through final asset delivery, ensuring alignment with creative, brand, budgetary, and timeline expectations
Develop and manage detailed production plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones across multiple concurrent projects
Lead in‑studio and external photo, video, audio, and omni‑channel productions, including shoot logistics, talent coordination, and on‑set execution
Serve as the primary production contact for agencies, vendors, freelancers, and creators, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Manage production workflows across internal teams and external partners, including video production and multi‑platform content development for paid and organic social, in‑store screens, and digital channels
Oversee review cycles, stakeholder feedback, revisions, approvals, and final delivery across all required platforms
Partner with creative, styling, post‑production, and cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and high‑quality output
Source, book, and manage freelance talent; support vendor onboarding, contract execution, and talent usage negotiations in partnership with Legal
Manage financial and operational production needs, including budget oversight, purchase orders, and invoice processing through Ariba
Partner with post‑production teams on editing, retouching, audio, finishing, asset delivery, and archiving in alignment with studio standards
Act as a proactive problem‑solver in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment
The Essentials Of Success

5+ years of experience as a Producer with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end production
Strong background in campaign production, product photography, video content, and social assets
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight
Experience working with both internal studios and external agencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint
Excellent communication, organizational, and logistical skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholder expectations
Self‑starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Enthusiasm for the brand, products, and guest experience
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on‑site presence as required
Willingness to travel as needed for production support
The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $90,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
