Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across all platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate brand ethos into compelling, high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals
Manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (photo and video) that reflects the brand’s aesthetic
Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to highlight craftsmanship, fabrics, and client experiences
Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency and timeliness
Write refined, brand-appropriate captions and messaging
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and build a strong community
Track analytics and optimize performance based on insights and trends
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand partners
Stay ahead of trends while maintaining a distinct, elevated brand voice
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience managing social media, preferably in luxury or fashion
Strong eye for design, detail, and visual composition
Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices
Excellent written communication skills with a refined tone
Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Attributes
Passion for bespoke tailoring, textiles, and craftsmanship
Experience working with luxury clients or high-end brands
On-camera confidence or ability to direct talent
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with premium fashion
