BCT Design Group is seeking a creative Interior Designer
with 0–2 years of experience
to join its award-winning Interiors Studio in downtown Baltimore. This is an excellent opportunity for emerging designers to gain hands‑on experience working on all phases of project development—from conceptual design through construction administration—while contributing to a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary design practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Interior Designer at BCT Design Group, you’ll support the Interiors Studio in creating thoughtful, integrated design solutions. You’ll work alongside architects, planners, and graphic designers, engaging in projects where architecture, interiors, graphics, and product design are treated as interconnected components of the overall process. From concept to completion, you’ll bring creative ideas, technical skills, and a collaborative spirit to help deliver cohesive, impactful projects.
EXPERIENCE
0–2 years;
Degree in Interior Design or Bachelor's degree in interior design (art or science)
PROGRAMS
Revit (required), SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
