Registered Nurse, Wellness Director
to join our leadership team and guide the clinical direction of our assisted living community.

About The Role
As the Wellness Director, you will lead clinical operations and work closely with the dedicated care team. You\'ll mentor both experienced and newly licensed care team individuals, drive staff development, and ensure the highest standards of resident-centered care.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing and care operations and ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
Lead policy implementation, performance improvement, and nursing protocols
Partner with our Staff Development Coordinator to drive staff education and competencies
Mentor, coach, and empower care staff at all levels
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families for holistic care delivery
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Model curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in your leadership approach
Qualifications
Active RN license in Wyoming
Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior living or related health care preferred
Experience with the geriatric and dementia care preferred
Prior leadership experience a plus, but strong mentoring skills and clinical confidence are key
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Passion for education, development, and positive culture-building
Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
