Benefits Sales Consultant/Producer

to drive new business in the Greater Atlanta Area.
This is a unique opportunity to sell

without territory restrictions , leverage high-caliber tools, and collaborate with seasoned practitioners
What You’ll Do

Strategic prospecting to discover high-value opportunities through a blend of cold outreach and referrals
Lean on a robust internal service team and experienced producers in

joint-selling

engagements
Build a book in the Mid-Market and Large-Market (earning commission & residuals)
Qualifications

Must-Haves:
2–5 years

of Employee Benefit Experience (core medical benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll)
Proven ability in

building a book of business
Sharp, polished, relational, and money-motivated
