Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a knowledgeable expert on Restore wellness products and services

Provide a valuable guest experience through personalized care plans and develop strong relationships with our members

Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process

Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point‑of‑sale system

Conduct tours and recommend service packages, memberships, and current promotions

Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at‑home care

Perform opening and closing procedures, including cleaning

Assist managers with any special projects and events

Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees

Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle

Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions

Qualifications

Passionate about health and wellness and eager to learn about our industry

Possess a positive, growth‑minded outlook on your career

Eager to be part of our mission in “helping clients do more of what they love”

Have at least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment

Working weekends doesn’t bum you out; weekend shifts are required

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, nursing, or a related field, or have relevant work experience
