fixed‑term position
and a global role, working flexibly across time zones, and suited to a hands‑on learning content specialist who thrives in fast‑moving, transformation‑led environments. Required Qualifications
Strong instructional design, learning content writing, and sense‑making skills
Demonstrated ability to independently design and write learning content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours
Experience rapidly distilling complex, technical, or specialist information into usable learning content
Effective use of generative AI tools to support first‑draft creation, content variation, scenario generation, summarisation, and iterative development
Strong human learning judgement to validate accuracy, relevance, ethical AI use, and learning effectiveness
Experience designing learning across multiple formats, including instructor‑led, self‑paced, digital, blended, and campaign‑based learning
Ability to create modular, reusable learning content suitable for use in the flow of work
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with SMEs across regions and services
Experience using learning content development tools and designing for LMS/LXP and workplace platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and learning design standards
Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments

Experience in a learning, HR, or client engagement role
Familiarity with virtual learning tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Galaxy LXP)

AI‑Augmented Content Development (Applied)
Use generative AI tools to support drafting, content variation, scenario creation, examples, and practice activities
Summarise and restructure SME or technical input effectively
Apply editorial judgement to ensure accuracy, relevance, ethical use, tone, and ERM standards
Integrate AI naturally into the content design workflow to increase speed and scalability
Multi‑Format & Flow‑of‑Work Learning
Design learning across instructor‑led, self‑paced, digital, blended, and campaign‑based formats
Create modular content that can be reused, recombined, and adapted over time
Design learning assets intended for use in the flow of work
SME Partnership & Learning Consulting
Partner with SMEs across services and regions to extract insight efficiently
Ask effective questions to surface performance needs
Translate SME input into learner‑centred content without overreliance on raw source material
Build credibility as a learning partner through strong design judgement
Learning Tools, Platforms & Content Craft
Build learning assets using appropriate tools and formats based on need, speed, and scale
Design content for delivery via LMS/LXP and workplace platforms
Apply accessibility, inclusion, and ERM learning design standards consistently
Programme Coordination & Learner Experience
Schedule and manage learning logistics, instructor communications, and virtual session setup
Maintain training calendars, records, and LMS data accuracy
Serve as a primary point of contact for learners, providing guidance and support
Monitor attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics to inform improvements
Provide live coordination and hosting support during training sessions
Content, Resource & Operational Support
Collaborate with Global Learning Program Leads to prepare and distribute learning materials
Support evaluation of learning programmes using surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
Support compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies
Liaise with IT and HRIS teams to maintain integration with Workday and SSO systems
