Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate ideas into high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to final delivery
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define and implement solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience with prototyping tools and design systems
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
