Branded Materials Manager
The Branded Materials Manager supports the Branded Materials Senior Manager in overseeing the company’s promotional materials program. This includes managing merchandise projects such as employee recognition items, campaign materials, ad‑hoc requests, produce‑on‑demand items, operational materials, and branded supplies. The role provides guidance to internal stakeholders on planning, procurement, distribution, and inventory management while overseeing sourcing, vendor performance, competitive bidding, quality control, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review historical usage, forecast future needs, and evaluate cost breaks to place replenishment orders

Advise internal stakeholders on item usage, production lead times, cost considerations, and production efficiencies

Develop and maintain an annual calendar with timelines for item development and production across departments

Oversee all aspects of the production timeline, including ideation, cost approval, sample creation, production planning, distribution, and inventory availability

Ensure timely availability of items on the internal B2B site by reviewing and approving images, descriptions, and functionality

Direct website classifications, support order placement processes, and recommend user‑experience improvements

Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers

Develop and utilize tools to monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to SLAs

Manage a Branded Materials Specialist through task assignment, training, ongoing development, and performance evaluation

Collaborate with the Specialist and broader Branded Materials Team, providing guidance and support

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in promotional procurement or merchandise project management

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience managing and developing direct reports

Extensive knowledge of multiple production processes

Ability to conduct analytics and balance cost, timelines, and operational constraints

Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; advanced Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with overseas production factories

Experience with standard commercial print processes

Familiarity with Asana
