Description

As the

Lead Superintendent , you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of site execution for mid‑rise multifamily developments.
Lead all daily field operations for 70‑80 unit, ground‑up multifamily projects
Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination
Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software
Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close‑out activities
Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture
Profile

For the

Lead Superintendent

role, we are seeking:
Proven experience delivering ground‑up multifamily construction projects
Background with mid‑rise or complex urban builds preferred
Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments
Hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
Job Offer

Base salary:

$110,000 - $140,000
