Bilingual Customer Service Rep
We are seeking motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) to join our team in a 3rd party collections environment. In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts, assist with resolving balances, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This is a fully in-office position with opportunities to earn additional income through attendance and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in English and Spanish regarding account balances
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues
Meet or exceed individual collection and performance goals
Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
Follow all company policies and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve results
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional in sensitive conversations
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High School Diploma
Clean background
