Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual training for CYME software, covering foundational and advanced functionality. Facilitate hands-on exercises, labs, and real-world scenarios to reinforce learning and practical application.
Translate complex electrical engineering and power system concepts into clear, learner-friendly instruction.
Develop, maintain, and update training materials, including presentations, lab guides, exercises, and job aids.
Assess learner understanding during training sessions and adjust delivery to accommodate varying skill levels.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure training content aligns with current functionality and best practices.
Gather and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content, delivery methods, and overall training effectiveness.
Maintain training readiness, including lab environments, datasets, and training configurations.
Support development of blended learning solutions, including self-paced or eLearning content, as needed.
Stay current on CYME product updates, industry standards, and utility best practices to ensure training remains relevant and accurate.
Track training activities and outcomes in designated systems or reports, as required.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree (required), Engineering degree preferred.
Alternatively, bachelor's degree with a strong background in adult learning, instructional design, training, or workforce education.
Previous experience in customer enablement, training delivery, or equivalent experience.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to diverse audiences
Pluses:
Knowledge of electric utility distribution/transmission fundamentals (e.g., load flow, short circuit, protection, reliability, grounding, integration studies).
Familiarity with adult learning frameworks. xywuqvp
Prior customer-facing experience supporting enterprise implementations or software.
