Product Management Principal - Global Healthcare Strategy

Description
With limited supervision, this role will lead the Vertical Marketing strategy and commercial execution in support of global healthcare transportation ecosystems. The individual will own and develop product/portfolio strategy, roadmap and execution of global initiatives to drive commercial growth. This role will include working with global teams, including sales and customers with direct revenue accountability metrics.

Essential Functions

Developing and executing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and timelines

Fact base, gap analysis, and recommendation development to solve customer problems and drive immediate results

Highly complex project management across global teams and business units

Cross functional team leadership across global teams and business units

Project and timeline issue resolution to ensure project and results achieve stated outcomes and objectives

Opportunity and issue identification that help meet or exceed state goals

Expert-level marketing analysis including computer-generated modeling to help facilitate meaning discussion and faster results

Budget and forecasting modeling in alignment with project goals and objectives

Internal and external industry research to ensure project scope will meet customer requirements

Direct engagement with global teams, sales, operations and engineering

Development and delivery of executive leadership presentation content and material

Direct revenue and key metric performance results

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of Global Healthcare Transportation ecosystems

Strategic Marketing and Strategy development experience in these areas is required:

Business case development

Global level project coordination, leadership and management

Opportunity assessment, gap analysis, strategic recommendations

Executive presentation development and leadership

Pipeline and lead generation

Financial modeling and assessments

Minimum Education
Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.

Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Location and Work Details
Desired location for this position is Memphis, TN; however, this position may be located anywhere within the U.S. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times a week.
