
Compliance Specialist

If so, Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Texas Quality Management Center team. The position is full‑time, office‑based, and onsite.
Average hourly rate: $22.89 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
Responsibilities
Oversee placement documentation compliance, including Attachment A, Placement Summaries, Child Bill of Rights, and 2085 series documents.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly signed, and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes.
Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies.
Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow‑up and remediation across departments.
Track deadlines, complete required reports, and support continuous compliance improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred.
Strong ability to manage time‑sensitive documentation workflows.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable reviewing technical, legal, and regulatory documents.
Additional Details
Office‑based position.
Occasional weekend work and travel required; valid driver’s license required.
