
Business Development Executive - Boston & Greater Boston Area

We are seeking a self‑motivated, outgoing professional to serve as a Business Development Executive to personal injury law firms.
This remote position is based in the Boston/Greater Boston area and requires frequent travel throughout nearby states.
Responsibilities
Develop and build relationships with attorneys and law firms.
Reach out to attorneys and schedule weekly meetings.
Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones to grow the business.
Engage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top‑of‑mind and encourage use of technology.
Travel throughout the region (Missouri and surrounding states) to meet attorneys and build strong relationships.
Handle all attorney contacts, including follow‑up, answering questions, and training on MoveDocs technology.
Assist and schedule plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients.
Promote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions.
Generate and expand pre‑settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial.
Schedule and conduct weekly in‑person and virtual meetings with law firms.
Prospect and establish new law firm relationships while deepening existing partnerships.
Maintain ongoing communication to keep Libra Solutions top‑of‑mind.
Train firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions.
Assist with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow‑up needs.
Maintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems.
Collaborate internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus.
Paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales experience is a plus.
Experience working with attorneys or other legal professionals is a plus.
Must currently live in the Boston area and be capable of traveling throughout nearby states (60% travel, 40% remote).
High level of drive, self‑motivation, goal‑orientation, organization, confidence, and passion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
No relocation considered.
