Job Description

Manages client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develops and executes marketing strategies tailored to each corporate account. Coordinates with internal creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials. Analyzes market trends and client data to inform strategic decisions. Monitors account performance and provides regular updates to senior-level Account Strategists. Identifies opportunities for account growth and presents recommendations to clients. Resolves client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Prepares and presents reports on account status and performance metrics. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Maintains detailed records of client interactions and project progress. Provides operational support to senior-level Account Strategists as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Budgetary Knowledge – Has foundational understanding of accounting principles. [Required]
Attention to Detail – Attentive to project and budgetary details. [Required]
Understanding of Consumer Experience – Familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives a consumer action. [Required]
Knowledge of Marketing Trends – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends. [Required]
Time & Project Management - Able to manage their time efficiently with experience and capacity to handle multiple projects at once. [Required]
Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies. [Required]
Education

Bachelor's [Required]
Field Of Study

in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing, or related field of study. Or 1-3 years of experience
